The normal rental charge of an in stock (one in our shop) Pinball or Standard Video game is $120.00 per machine plus delivery and pick up. Quantity rentals receive a discount, 12 or more machines receive a 5% discount. If specific equipment is required, then the games have to be pulled from one or more of our locations. The rental costs are then based on each game. Large simulator Driving games, singles or twins are available, these machines, as well as others, are quoted on a individual basis. Large items such as pool tables and air hockey are from $300.00 each when available. Other items that may be available are Virtual Golf $500.00, Foosball (soccer) $120.00, Chexx hockey (dome covered) $130.00 and Jukeboxes from $150.00. All the above quotes are for a one day or night rental, Friday to Monday counts as one and a half days ( 1.5 X rental rate). Arrangements for longer rentals can be made on a discounted basis. An example of a four week rental is charge at 1 day rental rate X 4 weeks. Minimum rental period at this rate is 4 weeks. Please call for alternate rental periods. Delivery is based on the number of machines, the location for the rental and if the installation has to go up or down stairs. One day, or weekend rentals must be main floor without stairs and a reasonable distance from parking area. Additional charges (quoted on an individual basis, based on distance from delivery area or number of stairs involved in delivery) will apply if applicable. Delivery, installation and pick up charge is $100.00 for the first machine, when a delivery includes a pool table or air hockey, plus $50.00 for second large item or $10.00 each additional standard machine, a maximum of 4 machines ( 2 large and 2 standard or 4 standard) per pickup truck. Local delivery without one or both large items is $70.00 for the first machine plus $10.00 for each additional machine to a maximum of 4 machines per pickup truck. This delivery charge is for the GTA area with ground level loading and no stairs. Large 14 foot truck (can hold up to 12 games dependant on size) is $250.00. Toronto Coin will require at least two weeks advanced notice of large rentals, to confirm that all equipment is available for date of function (less confirmation time is required for in stock items). If we have more specific information regarding the types and quantity of games a firm quote can be given. The video or pinball machines that would be $120.00 per piece, are machines that are in stock just prior to the rental date. The machines change in our shop from day to day so we can't give you a list that will last longer than one week. Prices are based on delivery and pickup between 11:00 am and 9:00pm Monday to Saturday. Additional charge for days and times outside these hours.

Attendants are available (for an extra charge) if required for larger functions. Attendant can make adjustments on equipment in the case of failure. Cost for attendant is $100.00 per 4 hour block of time.
